1- Suggesting policies, restrictions and instructions issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait in the field of AMLCFT, banking and financial fraud and security related aspects in the units controlled by the Central Bank. 2- Following all the correspondence to the Central Bank in the field of the operations mentioned in the previous article, including the suspicious cases from the banking and financial system units controlled by the Central Bank and the required enforcement. 3- Establishing a database about all suspicious transactions to the Central Bank. 4- Following up the suspicious notifications sent by the banking and financial system units controlled by the Central Bank to the Public Prosecution. 5- Examining, analyzing and presenting suggestions as to the suspicious transactions patterns at the banking and financial system and preparing and updating guidelines on transactions. 6- Coordination with the inspection section in the department upon inspection of units to assess their compliance with the instructions of the Central Bank related to suspicious transactions. 7- Following up all local, regional and international developments in the field of suspicious transactions and suggesting what is needed at the local level in this regard, and therefore contacting the relevant foreign parties. 8- Conducting any other activities delegated to the section.
